I am currently a senior at the University of Connecticut on track to become a registered dietician. I love to workout, make food, and go out to eat with my friends and family. I'll eat almost any food you put in front of me (especially sweets). About a year gao, I created an Instagram account where I post daily photos of my food creations, meals, and nutritional advice (@eatsbyames if you're curious). If I could eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be my mom's homemade mac and cheese. My dream is to spend my life traveling the world while trying different foods and offering guidance to others on how to take care of their body through proper nutrition.
