Hello everyone! My name is Caia Reese and I am a freshman Journalism major at the University of Florida. I was born and raised in Jacksonville and have grown up trying a large array of foods. My favorite type of cuisine is Asian style. I love sushi, ramen, Korean BBQ, and Thai food the most. However, I am open to trying anything through this experience. One day, I hope to travel and write about the great food and culture of different countries such as Italy, South Korea, Paris, and Mexico. For now, though, I am excited to discover what Gainesville has to offer!
