Hi! My name is Erin Powell and I am a senior at the Elliot School of International Affairs at George Washington University. I have a concentration in International Environmental Studies and a double minor in sustainability and theatre. Before coming to GW I was a Musical Theater Bachelor of Fine Arts candidate at Rider University and I am still an active actress and performer. I am an avid travel and food junkie, love to read, listen to music, and watch nature documentaries. I went vegan about two years ago and it turned my world right side up. I believe in the ability for our diets to shape the way we feel, think, and live. I love to show people just how easy, fun and exciting vegan living can be!
