Lauren is a senior at Northwestern University studying Communication Studies, Gender and Sexuality Studies, and Integrated Marketing Communications. As a junior, Lauren created the Sugar and Spice Summit, an all-day conference and networking event that brought female food industry professionals to campus in order to expose female undergraduate students to careers in the food industry. Lauren interned at Spoon HQ the summer after her junior year, and she planned Brainfood SF and Brainfood NYC in 2017. When Lauren's not in the classroom, she can be found eating ice cream for lunch or giving campus tours to prospective students.
