Greetings Ladies and Gentlemen! My name is (Rachel Morrison, M.S., ACSM-GEI). I am a Jamaican Jersey native. The beach and boardwalk are within walking distance. I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition at Adelphi University (Class of 2022!!). My undergraduate degree was in Adult Health and Physical Education from Monmouth University. I have taught, completed, and taken various forms of group fitness within my local community to various generations such as Gospel Aerobics, Zumba, Belly Dance, Kickboxing, Pilates, and Yoga. My favorite forms of international cuisine vary from every continent on the globe except Antartica. :-)
