Boutique classes aren’t for everyone. Face it, they’re pretty expensive. But there are discounts for college students in a lot of places and some let everyone sweat their first session for free. Boutique classes are unique and challenging and definitely give your body an incredible workout. But before you go spending any cash, find out which workout will be right for you. You might find a class you never thought of before.

Aerial Yoga
You're pretty flexible and you've probably been doing yoga for some time, but you love trying new things. You're pretty graceful and strong, but you love a workout where you can zen out for a bit. Aerial yoga seriously works your core and it makes the regular yoga moves you've mastered so much more challenging.

SoulCycle
You love something fast-paced. You've probably tried spinning before. You may not have liked it because it can get a little intense so you might think SoulCycle is not for you. It completely is though because SoulCycle is all about community. The playlists get you going until you feel like you're in the middle of a party, not working out.

Barry's Bootcamp
You're hardcore, but you're nice. You want to work out until you can't move. You want a workout where you can get seriously cut. If you don't see your abs after your workout, it's just not worth it. But you're not looking for some bootcamp where someone is screaming at you. At Barry's, your trainer works with you and helps you through the moves to encourage you, not tear you down.
