Ice cream is a treat that I can never seem to get enough of whether I'm at home or at school. My roommate and I have a tradition of having an ice cream and Vine compilation watch party every Friday night. While it is fun, we usually feel guilty afterwards because by the end we have easily consumed over 1,000 calories. I mean, no regrets, but if there is a low-calorie alternative, we might as well have that instead. Halo Top Pops are now available in three more flavors and here's what you need to know.

Halo Top Pops are made with creamy, ultra-filtered skim milk and offer a good source of protein and fewer calories than traditional ice cream made with regular milk. Halo Top Pops only have 100-110 calories per pop and come in three new bigger flavors: sea salt caramel, brownie batter and mint chip.

1. Brownie Batter

The brownie batter Halo Top Pops are made with chocolate light ice cream and brownie batter swirls. Each pop has 6g of protein and only 110 calories. Brownies are one of my favorite desserts, so I can't wait to try this.

2. Mint Chip

I know a lot of people find mint chip to be refreshing so this might be the perfect flavor for you. Made with dark chocolate chips, this pop combines dark and light flavors to create a cool, satisfying bite.

3. Sea Salt Caramel

Sea salt caramel. Need I say more. I have had this flavor in Halo Tops pint version and I'm obsessed. This flavor combines caramel swirls with creamy light brown butter ice cream. If you love caramel as much as I do, this is definitely the Halo Top Pop you need to try.
