- 1 cup white sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 ripe bananas mashed

Preheat oven to 350˚F. Grease a 9x5" in loaf pan.

In a bowl, cream together the butter and sugar with a handheld mixer until pale and fluffy.

Add in the eggs and vanilla until combined.

Add in the flour, baking soda, salt, sour cream, and mushed bananas. Mix until smooth.
