Step 1
Cut a head of cauliflower into thick "steak" slices. The larger the knife, the easier it will be to get a perfect slice.

Place "steaks" on lined baking sheet. Lightly coat with olive oil. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and oregano. Place in a 350°F oven until tender, around 20 minutes.
