Whether you're a fan of oatmeal raisin cookies or cranberry oatmeal, these can be adapted both ways. They're chewy and decadent with a pop of sweet and tart from yogurt-covered craisins.
I bought these yogurt-covered craisins to snack on, but it hit me, these would be amazing in an oatmeal cookie. Truthfully, this was my first experience baking them, and I adapted a regular oatmeal yogurt-covered raisin recipe.
