So fine, that only those with a very refined palette will appreciate the true taste that comes from this new dynamic duo. Behold, the Doritos Chicken Finger.
Doritos Chicken Fingers

- 2 lbs boneless chicken tenders
- 2 cup buttermilk
- 12 oz bag Cool Ranch Doritos
- 1 cup flour

Step 1
Preheat oven to a smokin’ 400°F.

In a medium sized bowl, combine the buttermilk and chicken tenders and chill for at least 2-3 hours. Seriously people, can’t stress this enough.

Next, channel your energy into crushing your Doritos into pieces.

Combine Doritos pieces and flour in a food processor and blend until Doritos are the size of breadcrumbs.

Put the Doritos/flour mix into a bowl and smother your chicken in it until it’s covered in Doritos awesomeness.

Spray a tin foil-covered baking sheet with pam and transfer Doritos-covered chicken onto it.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.
