A few weeks ago, I ate at Nuba for the first time, which is a restaurant in Vancouver that I have always had my eye on. Upon looking at the drinks menu, my eyes instantly locked on "Ginger Milk." It instantly intrigued me because I knew it would be the perfect cozy drink to have alongside some out-of-this-world hummus and tabouli. I loved this drink so much that I've come up with my own easy recipe while I watch those last few inches of snow melt.
Hot Ginger Milk

- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Ingredients

Step 1
Measure out one cup of the milk of your choice.
#SpoonTip: The higher the percentage, the creamier it will be. -
Step 2
Roughly cut up about 1 tablespoon of ginger.

Add in 1 tablespoon of white sugar.

Boil on medium heat for five minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pour into your favorite mug and drink up!
