Have you ever seen the meme on Facebook where it says "Love beer and coffee? You might be a psychopath". There are some studies that show that psychopaths tend to like bitter flavors, but let's be honest...how likely is it everyone who don't mind bitter flavors is a psycho? Maybe my friends haven't told me that I am, but I like most bitter things like averna, matcha, beer, radicchio salad and most of all pink grapefruits.
Grapefruits have become my best friends in the morning. Not only can grapefruits reduce your appetite throughout the day and boost energy levels in the morning, but they also increase your mental stimulation. Sounds like some good reasons to start your day right. GO TEAM GRAPEFRUIT.
