Ginger Honey Hot Wings

- 2 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground Sichuan peppercorns
- 1 teaspoon five-spice powder
- 2 pound chicken wingettes and drumettes
- 2½ tablespoon hot sauce
- 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoon scallions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Add flour, crushed peppercorns, five-spice powder, and salt to a large mixing bowl.
