I love cake. I could eat it three times a day, seven days a week, and 52 weeks out of the year. So I figured, why not try to make a personal chocolate cake in the most simplified way in the microwave? I have found that while here at Sewanee, I have had trouble finding time to cook food that requires longer amounts of time, and I've also found that I only need to cook smaller amounts for myself and my roommate.
A personal cake that takes a total of nine minutes to create is a perfect on-the-go dessert for my college life and is great for those who have absolutely no time. Try this personal chocolate cake on one of your most stressful days to bring a delicious delight to your day.
