These potato shooters pack all your favorite breakfast foods in one place, with none of the ingredients you dread most in the morning — actual alcohol.
You name the best part of a weekend brunch, and this recipe has it (sans mimosa): warm fluffy hash browns, steaming eggs, crispy bacon and not just one, but multiple perfect bites. If those toppers don't float your boat, well guess what, the skies the limit. Cook up your favorite breakfast foods and fill up your cup (potato).

- 1 shredded potato
- 2 eggs
- handful Parmesan cheese
- pinch cheddar cheese
- small clear plastic cups
- cooking spray
Ingredients

Step 1
Combine eggs, shredded potato and cheeses in a bowl, and mix together.

Spray the inside of a plastic cup with cooking spray, and pack the potato mixture inside.

Use a spoon or tin foil-wrapped handle to hollow out the inside to form a cup shape. Make sure it’s a big enough hole to put other breakfast foods inside.

Let them chill in the freezer for about 2 hours. To get it out of the cup afterwards, run warm water around the outside of the cup and use a knife to wedge it out.

Fry the potato shooters in a deep pan for about 4 minutes, or until golden brown.

Stuff with eggs, bacon, cheese, or any breakfast toppings you want, and take a big 'ole bite of your shooter.
