Italian Style Meatballs

- 3/4 c. Italian Style Bread Crumbs
- 1.4 c. Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Basil
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1 Egg
- 1 lb. Lean Ground Beef
- 1/4 c. Tomato Sauce
- 1 Slice Bread moistened with water squeezed out and broken up
Ingredients

Step 1
Combine all dry ingredients and mix well.

Add wet ingredients, and mix well.

Roll the mixture into ping pong ball size, making about 12-16 of them.

Bake meatballs in the oven at 350º for 30 minutes.

Once out of the oven, add the meatballs to the sauce and completely cover.

Let the meatballs finish cooking in the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
