Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas

- 2 13 oz containers green chile
- 2 10 oz cans Rotel tomatoes
- 2 family size cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 bag white corn tortillas
- 5 cup cheddar cheese (the more the better)
- 3 cup shredded chicken
Ingredients

Step 1
Gather the green chile, tomatoes, chicken, cream of chicken, and broth.

Place all the ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.

While the pot is cooking, place a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the corn tortillas until golden brown.

Once the pot has been brought to a boil, get a casserole dish and begin the layering process.

Place the soup on the bottom of the dish, then add a layer of tortillas, and lastly a layer of cheese. Repeat until dish is filled and top with lots and lots of cheese.

Preheat oven to 350ºF and bake for 30 minutes.
