- 1 spaghetti squash
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 inch water
- Salt
- Pepper

Step 1
Slice the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise. Remove seeds with a spoon. Add butter, salt and pepper to the inside of the squash.

Place in a bowl filled with 1 inch of water. Microwave for 12 minutes.

Scrape out the spaghetti strands out of the squash. Enjoy!
