- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 2 eggs
- 6 oz milk
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard
- 10 oz shredded cheddar cheese

Step 1
Boil water, then add elbow macaroni and cook to al dente or 8 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pot and drain.

Melt butter and return elbow macaroni to pot.

Whisk together the eggs, milk, hot sauce, salt, pepper and mustard.

Stir into elbow macaroni and add cheese.
