Everybody loves ramen. Everybody loves burgers. This summer, I tried a ramen burger for the first time and it has forever changed the way I look at ramen.
These balsamic goat cheese sliders are bomb on their own. But making them with ramen buns is a simple way to get bougie on a college budget using ingredients you already have in your pantry.
Balsamic Goat Cheese-Stuffed Ramen Bun Sliders

- 1 package of four beef burgers
- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic power
- 2 eggs
- 1 package of ramen
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Balsamic vinegar (to cook burger)
- Vegetable oil (for bun frying)

Step 1
Make ramen noodles, strain and mix with garlic powder, salt, pepper and eggs.

Divide and press firmly into a muffin tray. Freeze for 20 minutes.

Divide each burger patty in two. Mix goat cheese with parsley and stuff each patty half to make mini sliders. Close tightly and press flat.

Heat oil in a sauté pan, add burgers to the pan and cover with balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper on each side. Cook until medium and goat cheese in the center melts.

Remove ramen buns from muffin tin and fry in oil until slightly crispy.

Drain and serve with spinach, tomatoes and extra goat cheese.
