Step 1
Remove cream from Oreos and save cream for later. In a Ziploc bag, smash Oreos with a rolling pin. In a large bowl, combine half of the Oreos, melted butter, sugar, salt, ¼ cup of powdered sugar, and stir until the mixture is like wet sand.

Press down Oreo mixture into a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure there is an even layer. Freeze for 15 minutes.

Step 4
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker mixture in the baking sheet. Freeze for 2 hours.

Take the baking sheet out of the freezer, and remove the cheesecake with the parchment paper. Cut into strips horizontally and then vertically, making cheesecake squares.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips for 2-3 minutes, making sure to stop and check every 20-30 seconds.
-
Step 7
Dip each cheesecake square into the chocolate with a fork, and set on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze for 15-20 minutes, until the chocolate has hardened. Top bites with melted Oreo cream and Oreo crumbs. Enjoy!
