When the weather gets brisk and cold, there's nothing better than some cookies and hot chocolate curled up in a blanket. Try this unique potato chip cookie recipe that will remind you of the snow falling outside your window without having to leave your house to enjoy it.
Potato Chip Cookies

- 1 pounds butter
- 2 cup sugar
- 3 cup flour
- 2 cup crushed potato chips
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- Powdered sugar
Ingredients

Step 1
Add all ingredients except powder sugar to a mixing bowl and mix dough together until consistent.

Shape dough into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 20 min at 325°.

Remove from oven after 20 min or cookies are lightly brown and cool on wire racks.

When cool, sift powdered sugar over tops of cookies.
