Samoa Apple Bites

- 1 Granny smith apple
- 1/4 cup prepared caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes
- 1/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 tablespoon coconut oil
Ingredients

Step 1
Slice apples into 1/4" thick pieces, and stick with popsicle sticks.

In a small bowl, combine semisweet chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave 30-45 seconds, until melted.

Time to assemble. Apply caramel sauce onto your apple.

Sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.

Drizzle the rings with melted chocolate.
