Tzatziki Dip

- 1/2 cucumber
- 2 tablespoon dill
- 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (1/2 lemon)

Greek Yogurt Grilled Chicken

- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

In a small bowl mix together Greek yogurt, lemon juice, paprika, olive oil and salt to taste.

Microwave Apple Crumble

- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
