These Nutter Butter Pancakes add a simple twist to your everyday classic. By adding just three ingredients to your normal pancake recipe, you can transform your pancakes into a flavorful meal.
Nutter Butter Pancakes
- Prep Time:5-10 minutes
- Cook Time:5 minutes
- Total Time:10-15 minutes
- Servings:10-12 pancakes
- Medium
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- Syrup or honey (optional)
- 1 serving from box/pre-made pancake mix (usually includes eggs/water/milk/or oil)
Ingredients

Step 1
Using a food processor or blender, mix together cashews, coconut flakes, and almond milk. Blend until smooth.

Using a mixing bowl, prepare your pancake mix according to instructions on package.

Pour your Nutter Butter mix into the pancake mix and stir until fully combined.

Melt butter over pan on medium heat and add batter to pan. Cook until golden brown, flip, and repeat.
