This recipe is clutch to make during the day classes. I picked up the salsa from the on-campus convenience store, then picked up the chicken breasts at Walmart. I threw it all into a slow cooker, went to class, and seven hours later I had delicious chicken just waiting for me. Like magic.
You can turn these into tacos, make a chicken tortilla soup, or just eat it with beans and rice. Whatever option you choose, it’s an easy way to get your protein in a delicious way with minimal effort.
