- Cook Time:4 hrs 15 mins
- Total Time:4 hrs 25 mins
- Servings:1
- Easy
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 ounces softened cream cheese
- 1 pint heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
Ingredients
-
Step 1
Assemble all of your ingredients and make sure to soften the cream cheese either by microwave or by leaving it out beforehand.
-
Step 2
Place all the ingredients together inside a blender and blend until creamy. Make sure not to over blend and make the cream into butter. Note: If your batter is a little grainy from the cream cheese, that's okay. The granules will form delicious cinnamon cream cheese pockets as it freezes.
-
Step 3
Pour the batter inside an ice cream maker and leave until partially frozen (about 45 minutes).
-
Step 4
Place the ice cream mixture into a container and freeze until firm (about 3 and a half to 4 hours).
Now if you want to take this ice cream to a whole new level, combine your cinnamon bun ice cream with these delicious cinnamon roll ice cream cones or serve any of these mug dessert recipes à la mode– the possibilities with this sweet, cinnamon treat are endless.
