- 30 Biscoff cookies
- 4 tablespoon butter, melted
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup cookie butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt

Using a large Ziplock bag, crush the cookies until they are finely grounded.

Mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into a pie tin to create the crust.

Mix together cream cheese, whipping cream, cookie butter, powdered sugar, and salt. Add mixture to the crust evenly. Let set in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.

Melt 3 tablespoons of cookie butter and drizzle over the top of the pie.
