For all of these recipes, you'll need: a blender or single-serving smoothie maker (I used a food processor, which works just as well), a freezer (mini fridge freezer sections work), freezer baggies, and a major sweet tooth. Here are all of my favorite vegan ice cream flavor combos.
Fruit Prep 101

- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 Ripe Mango
- 1 Cup Fresh Watermelon - 1/2 a Small Watermelon
- 1 Cup Fresh Pineapple - 1/3 a Pineapple
- 1 Cup Fresh Berries
- 1 Cup Your Favorite Freezable Fruit

Step 1
Cut your preferred fruit or fruits into bite-size chunks. Tip: The smaller they are, the quicker they'll freeze.

Place fruit in a freezer-safe baggie in a single layer. Try to spread the fruit chunks out as much as possible to avoid clumping.

Place baggie in a flat area of the freezer and let chill for 1-2 hours or until fruit is firm. Now you're ready to make ice cream!
Classic Chocolate

- 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder any vegan variety
- 1 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup or Agave Nectar

Add bananas, cocoa powder, sweetener of your choosing, and milk-substitute to your blender or smoothie maker.

Blend until the mixture resembles the texture of real ice cream. Scoop and serve with toasted coconut or orange zest. Enjoy!
Cookies n' Cream

- 4-5 Chocolate Sandwich Cookies
- 1/4 Cup Almond or Soy Milk

Add frozen bananas into your smoothie maker cup. Break sandwich cookies into the cup and add the milk-substitute of your choosing.

Blend until smooth and creamy. If the blender gets stuck, add more almond or soy milk. Serve with crushed cookies, and enjoy!
Peanut Butter Dream
