We're taking the college student diet to the next level. It may require a little extra effort in the kitchen, but I promise it will be worth it. Our diets usually consist of one (or more) of the following: salad, alcohol, and pizza. Who says you can't get a little protein with your pizza rolls? Here at Spoon University, you'll always be a winner when you're eating one of these with or without a glass of wine. I also trust you to handle a hot oven without burning yourself.

- Servings:6
- Easy
- 1 roll of pizza dough
- 2 baked chicken strips
- 1 cup of pizza sauce
- 1 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 18 pieces of pepperoni
Ingredients
-
Step 1
Roll out your pizza dough and cut into six strips.
-
Step 2
Cut cooked chicken strips in threes to get six chicken nuggets. #SpoonTip: Pop them in the oven to let them crisp up golden brown as you prep the dough.
-
Step 3
Take a strip of dough (portioned into squares now) and place a piece of chicken strip. Add a spoonful of pizza sauce and a handful of shredded cheese for that cheesy melt. Then top it off with a piece of pepperoni and wrap it up!
-
Step 4
Place pizza rolls on a baking tray with aluminum foil and some cooking spray. Add some more cheese and pepperoni on the top.
-
Step 5
Bake these rolls at 425°F for 12-15 minutes until dough is golden brown and cheese has melted.
-
Step 6
Let them cool for a bit and enjoy them with a side of pizza dipping sauce!
