Thai Peanut Mango Turkey Burgers

- 1 pound lean ground turkey
- 3 tablespoon peanut butter (all natural, smooth)
- 2 teaspoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup chopped mango

Step 1
Mix together peanut butter, Sriracha, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to make the peanut sauce.

Chop up the green onions and mango, then combine in a bowl with the peanut sauce made in the first step.

Add in ground turkey and oats, and mix all ingredients.

Gently shape the mixture into patties. About 3/4-inch thick.
