Greek Caesar Salad – SLU’S own greek caesar topped with olives, tomatoes, feta cheese and the option of grilled chicken.
Spinach Orzo Salad – Spinach and orzo pasta topped with fresh veggies
The Specialty Panini’s are homemade with fresh ingredients and hand pressed, and the special’s change weekly.
Grilled Ham and Cheese with Pineapple – Swiss cheese, sliced ham, fresh basil leaves and thinly sliced pineapple served on grilled flatbread.
Spinach, Artichoke and Sundried Tomato Panini – A great option for vegetarians, served on a Multigrain bun with Havarti cheese, artichokes, spinach and sundried tomato mayonnaise.
Bistro Panini – Sliced turkey breast, spinach, roasted red pepper strips, shredded jack cheese, and mayo on Italian Panini bread.
Summer Tomato, Mozzarella and Basil with Balsamic Reduction – Roma tomatoes, sliced mozzarella, basil leaves, olive oil and balsamic vinegar on Italian Panini bread.
