One of my favorite holiday traditions is to make this baked brie recipe with my family. It’s fun to prepare and it makes the people I love happy. (Because whose day isn’t improved by a rich, melty, savory and sweet snack?)
Baked Brie

- 1 circle Brie cheese
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup craisins
- 1/4 cup chopped softened dates
- 1/4 cup crushed toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary leaves
Ingredients

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400°.

Beat 1 egg & 1 tablespoon water in a bowl.

Use rolling pin to roll puff pastry sheet in a roughly 14” square.

Mix craisins, softened dates, toasted pecans, honey, and rosemary.
#SpoonTip: Soften dates by leaving in 1 cup warm water for 1 min & pat dry quickly. -
Step 5
Put mixture in the center of the sheet.

Place cheese on top.

Brush sheet edges with egg mixture. Then, fold 2 opposite sides over cheese.

Trim with 2” remaining, then press to seal. Next, flip that block of deliciousness over.

Bake 20-25 minutes (400°).

Let sit 45 – 60 minutes. Finally, share with friends!
