- Servings:20 penguins
- Easy
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1 large carrot
- 1 can small black olives
- 1 can large black olives
Ingredients
-
Step 1
Rinse olives thoroughly and drain in a colander.
#SpoonTip: Rinsing canned olives can reduce the sodium content.
-
Step 2
Thinly slice carrots into rounds and cut a small triangle out of each slice. Stick the triangle into the hole of each small olive.
-
Step 3
Cut a large slit in the side of each large olive. This will be the penguin’s body.
-
Step 4
Place about 4 tablespoons of cream cheese in a resealable plastic bag and cut off the bottom so it makes a piping bag.
-
Step 5
Squeeze cream cheese into each large olive, then place it on top of the large carrot piece (the penguin’s feet).
-
Step 6
Take each small olive with beak and place it on top of the large olive body, and stick a tooth pick to hold all the pieces together.
-
Step 7
Repeat step 7 to assemble your tiny penguin army.
