This overnight oats recipe is one of my personal favorite breakfast recipes. It's healthy (Greek yogurt adds protein and chia seeds bring antioxidants), easy to make, and absolutely delicious.
I often add blueberries and cinnamon into the mix for additional flavor, but I recommend experimenting with some different flavor combinations and seeing what you like. Get creative with it!
Pro tip: when you're near the end of a jar of peanut butter, make this recipe and store it in the jar for extra delicious, peanut butter-y oats!
